Afraid of Becoming One?
Afraid of becoming a couch potato? Or better yet, a bed potato? Here are a summary of tips I got on how to avoid it:
- Try placing some of your stuffs out of reach from your bed. Like your cellphone, tv remote control, books, and the likes. So that if you may need them you’ll have to get up from your bed.
- Have friends to help you get up and out of the house. Go socializing with some friends in the neighborhood.
- Take a shower early in the morning so that you’ll be more energized to do some physical activities.
- Make a to-do list so that you’ll see yourself busy the whole day and start working from the time you woke up.
- Most importantly, get yourself motivated to get up and do some work! It’s you who can control yourself, so be your own boss.
