Pear-shaped VS. Apple-shaped

Did you know that you should rather watch your waist line than your weight?  Fats that collect around the waist is at better risk than those with the pear-shape figures or have their fats at the bottom, hips and thighs.  It is because of the fats stored in these parts are close to our vital organs like the heart and the liver.  Unlike with the pear-shaped bodies, fats are stored around the bottom, hips, and thighs which are far from our vital organs.

This doesn’t mean that you have to eat less food but only less trans fat.  Trans fat are usually found in margarines, crackers and biscuits.
